Higher rye mash bill that I typically havent been the biggest fan of lately, but overall not bad but hot.

Nose of smoke and tar but with a different note of something a little bit citrusy. Taste comes in with a lot of peat and smoke but again with a darker citrus note to it. It feels like drinking two different worlds at the same time which is very interesting but I’m undecided on how well they balance out. Overall very good and I like the proof.

Very sweet, honey, vanilla, citrus. Smooth amd refreshing. A bit on the sweet side but good if youre in the mood and good for the price.

Very light floral nose. Taste was very light and smooth. Unique do to the rice mashbill and very enjoyable. Definitely want a bottle of this.

Very sweet nose of apple and honey, maybe some floral notes. Taste was pleasant but almost overly sweet, mild spice and moved into a medium finish. Enjoyable but not something I’d probably buy.

Nose is peaty but not over imposing. It has a roundness or fullness to it and seems balanced with maybe a hint of citrus. Taste: Sweet and smooth with the peat slowly building. Meaty notes to it with some light citrus balanced by peat that slowly builds into a very substantial smoke and spice profile but since it comes on slowly it’s very enjoyable. Finish: on the longer side and very pleasant, leaves you with the peat and spice to enjoy for quite a while. Overall, very impressed with this and a nice addition.

Nose is muted oak, sweet. Taste comes in smooth and slightly sweet, I notice the wheat flavor but it’s well balanced and towards the middle some spice comes in. It has a decent finish and is solid all the way through.

Nose is soft and muted, sweet and pleasant. Taste is sweet, citrusy with some oak. Theres a little tang and spice in the middle, maybe slightly hot for 90 proof but not too bad. Finish is short but pleasant. Definitely worth having on hand if you get it at a reasonable price.

Very reminiscent of Blantons to me. Nose has citrus, mostly orange, with some vanilla, caramel and oak. Light and refreshing. Taste comes in refreshing as well, sweet with orange on it but moves into some spice and oak. Finish is on the shorter side but very enjoyable.

Nose: definite rye notes, sweet, toffee, vanilla, caramel Taste: comes in sweet and smooth. Very balanced, definite rye notes, pine and toffee. Finish is short but pleasant. It’s very balanced between the rye and sweet flavors. Enjoying it a lot, looking to taste again.
