    Vanilla, wood, banana, melon, classic rum nose. Lightly sweet and spiced, vanilla, caramel, oak, orange peel and banana. Rich. Light heat. Quite delicious.

    There’s almost nothing on the nose; just rubbing alcohol with a tiny hint of sugar cane-a very tiny hint. Very basic taste of sweet sugar cane, paper and alcohol. Not horrible, but I can’t imagine using this for anything other than cocktails.

    Nose, very clean, but really not much, corn, bottled water, neutral alcohol, a touch of lime zest. Tastes moderately sweet and fruity. Very neutral nose, but the taste has a bit more character.

    Potent, amazing nose of lavender, honey, chamomile, caramel, thyme, cola, mint, cinnamon, vanilla, wood, grapes. Herbal, spicy, woody taste; thyme, cinnamon, tree bark, mint, . Smooth on the palate. Beautiful bottle as well, for what it’s worth.

    Lightly sweet, clean aroma of flowers, oak, honeysuckle, orange flesh, pepper, and unadulterated agave with a late briny note. Perfume-like in a way. Very smooth. Tastes of light citrus, some wood, pepper, clean agave; rich and lightly sweet. Very clean, very good.

    White pepper, citrus, agave, olive, roasted dried tomatoes, pickle juice. Peppery, spicy, dry, woody, rich, lightly sweet taste. Very smooth. Very complex.

    Nose of port, rye, clove, maple syrup, raisin and fernet. As with the first go-round, it’s a surprisingly subtle nose. On the palate thick and rich, very sweet and fruity, with raisins, syrup, vanilla and wine, moderately spicy rye that’s largely overpowered but does at least provide some semblance of balance, and a little hint of wood. The finish has the rye outlasting the sweet and finally getting a moment to itself.

    Very fruity; apple, cherry, pineapple, strawberry, lime, orange; with corn, pine, vanilla and a touch of wood. Tastes sweet, woody, slightly of Christmas spices and evergreen, honey, lightly bitter. There may be an IPA in there somewhere.
