Created from the renowned London Gins, it comes to be part of the menu of professional mixologists and passionate about the art of cocktail making. Traditional ingredients, with striking aromas and flavors, make DryCat London Dry the perfect base for the most diverse creations. In mid-2017, two friends, a designer and a photographer decided to start creating spirits. At the time, the designer and photographer didn't understand spirits, but curiosity took one of them to London and there he visited distilleries of different formats and discovered the model of urban distilleries, set up in the middle of the city and with a great diversity of products. Back in Brazil, they bought their first still. One of his girlfriends served as inspiration for the name of the gin, as the "cat" (who became a cat) would be the brand's icon. As the production would be dry gin, they came up with the name “dry cat”. In the experimentation phase, professionals praised the gin, and the partners studied and improved in São Paulo. After that, the recipe underwent some small adjustments until the current formula for the delicious DryCat Gin was reached. They set up the first gin distillery in the state of Espírito Santo at the end of 2018, first on Santa Maria Island, then in the bohemian neighborhood of Jucutuquara. They then aroused the interest of a large investor, who is now part of the group of partners and arrived to boost national expansion. Gilberto Lopes for more than 30 years was in charge of Hortifruti, the largest fruit and vegetable chain in the country. A new, expanded and modernized structure in Monte Belo, facing the sea and with an immense horizon of possibilities.
