Subtle honey snd floral nose; mostly fresh stone fruit, like nectarine, vanilla, and oak; dhort finish of stone fruit, oak, and a little anise; thin; medium heat; similar to a highland scotch; pretty good, but probably not worth the cost

Rye spice, caramel, and oak; fairly dry; moderate heat; its decent

Corn-forward with some nuttiness and dried fruits; pretty hot; decent

Interesting rum-like nose woth vanilla, molasses, and chcocolate notes; caramel, vanilla, chcoalate, and molasses flavor as well wiru solid complexity; measured heat; short finish of vanilla and oak; moderate texture; honestly one of the best new distillery whiskies ive had
