Reviewed February 19, 2021 (edited December 20, 2021)Light nose of corn, dry wood, and paper; corn, oak, not a lot of flavor; dry; signficiant heat; nice medium texture; finishes with some subtle honey and oak; overall pretty meh with not much flavor -
Really interesting concept—100% barley malt, but in Coffey stills; faint nose with vanilla, pecans, and a hint of char smoke; mostly vanilla, maple, and oak flavor, but very clean and not very sweet—like a bourbon, but with much more balanced sweetness; finishes warm with smooth vanilla sugar and grassy notes; really not anything like Nikka Coffey grain, but very clean and light72.0 USD per Bottle
