Redbreast 12 Year Cask Strength
Single Pot Still — Ireland
Reviewed September 10, 2021 (edited November 26, 2021)Redbreast 12 is one of my favorites and this just turns it up to 11. The barrel really adds something to this leaving a little funk behind and even at cask strength it’s so easy to drink. A little tobacco mixed with apples and pears. -

GlenDronach Allardice 18 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed August 27, 2021 (edited June 3, 2022)I understand different palates but giving this beauty an 84??? Easily one of the best Scotches I’ve had. The complexity is amazing and the finish with a bit of leather funk is superb.Gomer's 103rd & Stateline
