Final taste of the bottle. Been an absolute joy, my favorite available product. Beat the pants off of Old Rip, Weller 12, and Eagle Rare blind. Lucky to have Turkey ❤️

While it’s not necessarily my speed I am impressed by the execution of the spirit. Subtle bbq, salty, dark fruit. Light and soft, very nice dram. Would recommend as an intro to Islay.

Bottle Barn selection 5/18/22 Fargo, Nodak. They picked an Uber sweet and mellow pick. Didn’t get an of the backend mint or spice. Very reminiscent of eagle rare with his game it is. Good pick.

Apple, perfume, grain, red hots, sweet. I don’t like Irish and the palette initially remind me of that before the bourbon influence comes in and is a sweet wash. It’s not very good, but fine.

Okay kids, had some time with this under my belt. Final summation is an Orange and Seranno pepper chocolate bar. It’s opened up so well. Super complex, not my cup of tea in hindsight but worth the money! Impressive!

Irish isn’t for me, only ever enjoyed Yellow Spot. I’ll take a pint of the black stuff. Unbelievable mixer though.

I fucking love Turkey man. This shit is so good. More apple than the Single barrel but notably less spice and finish. I’ve been enjoying 90 proof more lately as it warms so this is perfect. $30 and readily available BUY THIS PEOPLE LORD
