Pretty average. Has a bitter note I don’t quite like but it’s not bad

This one in particular had a purely ethanol nose at first. After resting the nose gave way to booze soaked cherries and maple syrup. The palate is complex with heat at first then more cherries and baking spices. Has a long finish of oak and something slightly herbaceous a cant put my finger on. It’s nice though

Light on the palate notes of caramel. I’ve had way worse $15 bottles and worse $30 bottles. This is just fine, even neat.

Nose is Smokey sweet like bbq chicken. Light on the palate initially followed by smoke and alcohol burn. Not very complex for a $50 bottle. Could use more than 3 years aging I suppose.

Notes of chocolate, stone fruit, and citrus. Really tasty and super long finish.

Ginger bread and alcohol on the nose. Caramel and maple syrup on the palate with a berry finish. Has some warming brown sugar baked stuff notes.

A bit on the rough side. Sour for sure with a strong woodsy note

Good for the price. Spicy rye notes with some heat and slight stone fruit notes.

Super peaty nose. Peat bomb palate for sure followed by subdued fruit, and a hint of seaweed. Light texture. A large ice cube brings some floral notes out.

The nose is amazing with smells of flowers and caramel candy. Mouthfeel is very light with wonderful floral notes and light peat on the finish which goes on forever.
