Did a tasting with the '10', '15' and '21'. The '10' is obviously still rough around the edges, but has a pleasant fruity flavourprofile that makes up for it. It has a nice citruszing to it. Very enjoyable. Good value for money. The '15' is spicier and leans much heavier into chocolate and caramelflavours after the extra maturation. Tasty, but a heavier taste. Maybe more for winter. It is smoother than the 10, but loses some of the fun, refreshing zing that the 10 has. The '21' went back a bit to some of the more fruity flavours. It tries to find balance in between the flavourprofile of the '10' and '15'. Definitely nice and I prefer it to the '15', but at the higher pricetag and compared to other brands I'm not really convinced to add it to my cabinet. I really enjoy the '10'. It's the only one of the three that I want to add to my cabinet, based on enjoyment and pricetag.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed July 20, 2022 (edited December 2, 2022)Quite nice. A good back and forth between the 'fire' and the 'cane'.50.0 EUR per Bottle -
Belgian Owl 'Thematic Series' Chocolate (Darcis) Finish
Single Malt — Belgium, Belgium
Reviewed July 19, 2022This was finished in casks, which have previously contained a chocolate spirit, created from more than 200 kilos of dark cocoa pods from Sao Tomé, finely selected by Jean-Philippe Darcis. It is limited to 1000 bottles. The dark chocolate influence definitely shows itself in the nose and on the palate. Feels like one you would have to be in the mood for and wouldn't sip all the time, since the chocolate is very prominent, but I enjoyed it.89.0 EUR per Bottle -
Nc'nean Organic Single Malt
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed July 19, 2022 (edited December 3, 2022)Solid whisky with a great backstory. Love the bottle design as well. I have a bottle from batch .08. Tastes smooth despite the age. Not the most complex, but a very pleasant sip. Peppery, chocolate, caramel, almonds, peach and zingy citrusfruits coming through.65.0 EUR per Bottle -
Torabhaig Allt Gleann The Legacy Series 2nd Edition
Single Malt — Island, Scotland
Reviewed July 17, 2022Smoky, oily and salty with some punch. Benefits from a few drops of water. Brings out a bit of refreshing citrus for me, which gives it a very nice touch. A bit pricy maybe considering the age, but certainly nice.61.0 EUR per Bottle -

Tasted at an M&H tasting. Matured at the dead sea with an average temperature of 50°C and at -400 height, which causes cracks in the casks, but speeds up maturation. Ex- bourban and Ex-rye cask. Subtle smell. Cereal. Alcoholburn. A drop of water helps. It's nice and the gimmick of maturation at the dead sea is cool, but didn't leave a lasting impression, despite the high pricepoint.
