Floral, apricot, fruity nose; rye spice with fruity notes; apple pie bursts out; very smooth, light cream with oak notes; some coffee, tangerine-orange; each sip brings new experience of complex flavor profile; a little sour rye spice after finish; not dull at all, very interesting experience that one can chew on for some time to experience depth of flavor profiles. Comes with hefty price tag

Very unique profile and red amber appearance; licorice, medicinal, Dr. Pepper, stout, chocolate, cherry; spicy. This is very interesting to try, but I cant stomach more than one sampler pour. I like the field to bottle process from South Alabama corn fields; white wheated bourbon.

Ginger, pepper spice with some citrus tang; very abrupt, unsmooth finish, but with a heavy spice that lingers.

129.2 proof single barrel store pick - hot. Dark cherry nose; cherry-oak palate with hints of traditional caramel-vanilla, but almost overtaken by heat and rye spice; hints of syrup cough medicine; fruit undertones. Definately an Old Forester mash, just hotter.

Cask strength immediately apparent; concentrated ginger, champagne and spice; missing sweet, caramel profile of traditional bourbon, although this is a single malt 100% wheated whiskey. Organic certified with Michigan grown wheat. Handmade.
