Tastes

A rough, slightly spicy drop with some really interesting flavors that take a minute to shine through. Brine and smoke are the first flavors that really hit you, fading away to hints of cinnamon and burnt sugar. The finish is moderately long and slightly oaky. This drop is greatly improved with a little water.

Too sweet for me, lots of honey and fruit, not very complex.

Bite and slightly bitter forward, burnt sugar, nice body, short slightly medicinal finish.

Straight, this has a complex flavor that's heavily masked by its spicy finish. But with soda water, this is a fantastically complex sipper, lots of fruit and caramel with a full oak finish.
