What a fantastic whiskey. Starts with nice sweet vanilla forward notes, and then goes heavy on that maple syrup, but not in syrupy way, but in flavor. So much fun!

Smell of sweet pastries on the nose, with flames of honey and cinnamon. A dessert whiskey if I've ever had one!

Red fruit, rich,, proper cask flavor

A right good cask strength whiskey. Hot and powerful, a full mouthfeel, giving it a leather-like quality. Opening it up w some water brings out biscuit and some nuttiness but also brought some alcohol forward. Enjoyable.

Truly, a peach flavor comes through strong, and honey and a buttery vanilla.

A great value for a distinct flavor. A peculiarity - maybe my nose is shot at - but I'm getting only a faint nose, perhaps a creamy, fruity, apple waft from it. A respectable color, light gold, nothing surprising (and that isn't surprising). The palette, it's great. I love the oak and leather that is amply spread throughout the profile, with a certain tannin-like quality to it, and a flavor, maybe two, that I can't place. Perhaps not tanning, but there is a dryness to it that really makes those noted flavors stand out. It's great.

And some brown sugar. Great robust noise, strong flavor right for us 100 proof, and great lingering taste.

Light. Lighter than I prefer, but it is smooth and sweet, and I'd almost consider "session-able".

A sweet nose, opening with brown sugar and spice, and then leather and some fruitiness shows up at the tail, with a nice long tail of the flavors parading along.
