Tastes

Apple pie nose. Grass, pumpernickel, jalapeño, dark chocolate. Quite spicy, green wood. A lot going on in this and I'm not sure I like it.

I like how complex this is- cherry up front, then leather and oak, some maple or caramel in the finish.

Green apple, citrus. Relatively mild flavors and comes across as thin and not very complex.

Fresh green wood & dried leaves. Long spicy finish.

Banana, caramel, sweet with nice amount of spice finish. Really unique. Edit: still love this on subsequent tries. Getting a lot of maple flavor now.

On the side of being too spicy. Can still drink but don't love. Edit: on subsequent times drinking this, I think I liked it better. Very sweet marshmallow flavor, some nutmeg/eggnog with a kick at the end. Still not perfect- could be smoother- but really yummy.
