Tastes

Good but I prefer the single cask. A more smokey and charred taste than the sherry wood. Very good for those who prefer a more campfire feel, but I'm sticking with the original.

Great value. My go to when entertaining and for when Im not sipping 18. Unfortunately the sublime nature of 18 has ruined 12 for me, although it is still well rounded and balanced.

Very good for a blended whiskey. Smooth with a great chocolate taste. Makes for a good dessert whiskey. Not overly complex and the finish is a touch sour. I prefer this over the more watery Blue label but the Green is my JW of choice.

Smooth, but almost to a fault, coming across as watery. Slightly sour, confused and not as refined as a single malt. Over hyped and over priced. I prefer the Green label which has more character and at a fraction of the price.

Very good. Reminds me of sitting on a deck staring out at the ocean. Light with Hints of salt and seaweed linger at the finish. A little different and a must try.
