Tastes

Tasty but not overwhelming. I loved this when I was younger, but its since lots its place in the land of, "Small-batch bourbon."

I'm not a Jack fan in any way, shape, or form; that being said, at a blind tasting I was quite surprised at how lovely this whiskey compared to other single barrel offerings. I'm not sure I'd buy a bottle myself, but I would certainly recommend one to someone who liked Jack!

A bit pricier than the regular version of Powers but not different (re: better) enough for me to merit the price differential.

My daily driver if I am on a budget. It's got more flavor than Jameson, and up until recently, was far cheaper.

For the price point this one is a damn fine whiskey. Great nose and it certainly reminds you of what a great whiskey should taste like. I'll certainly snag a bottle as soon as I can.

Probably my new daily driver....

For the price and the quality, this is a great sadly drive for sure.

Maybe the reviewer got a bad year? This is hands down the best whiskey I have Haas, though my bottle is a 2011...

One of my favorite whiskeys. So happy to have it stateside!
