Wild Turkey Master's Keep Unforgotten
Blended American Whiskey — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed November 15, 2022 (edited December 6, 2022)In terms of masters keep, this is my clear favorite besides the 17 year bottled in bond. Nose is full of cinnamon and bits of butterscotch. Maybe some raisin. Has a heavy quality to it. On palate there is an incredible balanced oak note. Sweet aspect as well, like sticky toffee pudding, is not overpowering. Ends with almost a cherry like quality. -
Hardin's Creek Colonel James B. Beam

Leopold Bros. Three Chamber Bottled in Bond Rye (Collector's Edition)
Rye — Colorado , USA
Reviewed April 9, 2022 (edited July 13, 2022)Such a crazy unique rye. Nose is starchy pasta water. Lots of malted notes on the palate that merges into a honeyed sweetness. Long oily finish with a muted spice. -
I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 29, 2022 (edited May 24, 2022)An extremely delicious bourbon for the price point. Honeyed nose. Lots of oak on the palate with a marshmallow / fondant type sweetness at end. Slight harsh finish shows age of bourbon. -
New Riff Malted Rye Bottled in Bond
Rye — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 8, 2022 (edited September 28, 2022)Huge cinnamon nose. Some oak too. Agree with other posters talking about cinnamon toast crunch on palate - spot on! Malted notes really come through here as well to give it a creamy note. Some mint on finish along with more oak and a touch of rye spice -
High West Whiskey American Prairie Bourbon-Barrel Select (The Prime Barrel)
Bourbon — USA
Reviewed March 1, 2022 (edited November 22, 2022)The 13 months undergoing the aquavit finish brings a wonderful depth to the finish of this bourbon. There is still prominent caramel, but also bits of fennel and citrus. At 101 proof, the heat is barely present.
