Reviewed March 8, 2022 (edited September 28, 2022)Huge cinnamon nose. Some oak too. Agree with other posters talking about cinnamon toast crunch on palate - spot on! Malted notes really come through here as well to give it a creamy note. Some mint on finish along with more oak and a touch of rye spice -

Reviewed March 1, 2022 (edited November 22, 2022)The 13 months undergoing the aquavit finish brings a wonderful depth to the finish of this bourbon. There is still prominent caramel, but also bits of fennel and citrus. At 101 proof, the heat is barely present. -

Rested in charred white oak barrels which gives it a deeper brown-amber color. Big notes of peanut butter and caramel - sweetness even more pronounced with a drop of water -
