    Cereal malt, turbinado sugar, ripe red apple, some oak, some smoke. Perfectly balanced with nice complexity and a rich mouthfeel.

    Nose: brown sugar and nutty sherry notes, then the cherry note from the bourbon come through. A little spice. Palate: very round and easy. Brown sugar sweetness balanced by red fruit and oak. Medium mouthfeel. Short finish.

    Light brown sugar. Apple rhubarb pie. Medium body mouthfeel and medium finish. Really nice, but wouldn’t track it down again - especially at the prices these are heading.

    Rich. Nutty. Some oakiness and wood spice. Lots of rich brown sugar sweetness. Salted caramel. Fantastic dram.

    Rich. Creamy. Complex. Caramel, butterscotch, apples, a hint of nutmeg. Maybe a macallan 12 sherry cask mixed with clynelish 14? Just the first dram from this bottle, and impressed.

    Neck pour, so will update. Light smoke, alcohol, caramelized apples, green apple jolly ranchers. Medium viscosity and finish. Anxious to try again after it has time to open up.

    55.7% Sweet up front, with lots of red fruits. Rich cherries. Raspberry. Long and spicier finish, with a good amount of dusty oak. Some distant wintergreen mint.

    Rich, smoky and sweet. Best neat, as adding water just, well, watered it down. Went head-to-head versus Ardbeg Uigeadail, and won neat but was beat out with water.
