Truly love this dram. Got perfect peat spice sea salt fruity and woody. Everything you want it from islay Is in this bottle.

I just tried this dram yesterday and I think it's taste it's similar to the Highland malt Scotch. It's fruity and rich bodied. Nice spice and woody. Finish short and dry. It's worth to keep a bottle if you willing to spend $150 for it.

Yes. Finally I got one bottle of the 2014 Lagavulin 12 years old. Nose is lightly weaker than the classic 16 years old. But still got all the peat smoke medicine. On palate is much more oily, dryer and more kick due to its 54.4%. Finishing with nice and easy sweet malty and dry woody.

After getting serious with drinking single malt whisky for a year, I got to say I am truly a Islay scotch fans. Therefore I also start to buy only from Islay region. And my top favorite distillery is Ardbeg. This 200th edition is a must in my bar now. If you can still get one bottle u better get it because it will soon be gone.
