Lagavulin 2000 Distillers Edition (Bottled 2016)
Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed December 6, 2019Beautiful golden colour, peaty and fruity smell, also a bit of saltiness Elegant and very smooth on the tongue but the strength comes back up once you swallow. The peat comes well with the sweet nutty flavour. Definitely one of my favourite Lagavulins.125.0 USD per Bottle -
nose is a but salty with candy sweetness, smooth peat and smoke, citrus palate is sweet peat with stronger alcohol sensation, some vanilla, oily finish is long and the sweetness and smoke retains overall a really nice Ardbeg that both has the characteristics of the distillery but has a unique sweet and oily profile15.0 USD per Pour
