Tastes

Bought this as my first single malt scotch to add to the homebar. Not much of a scotch drinker (prefer bourbon among the browns), but wanted something nice to have for the occasional cigar and guest who prefers scotch. As the one bottle to have, I like it a lot. It's smooth, even, smoky, not too peaty. I slightly prefer Talisker 10 (and kind of wish I bought that instead), but among the scotch whiskys I have had, this one is certainly tasty. Seems like a solid pick if you're not a scotch lover and can only have one bottle (though it was on the pricey side)
