Nose - Honey, powdered sugar, and a marshmallow like vanilla. Some light grape-like notes are a hint as well. A touch of sweet cinnamon. Palate - Sweet up front, similar to honey and brown sugar. Middle palate leans to baking spices and ends with a cinnamon roll that has a little bit of peanut butter on it. Finish - Lasting with a sweet oak, cinnamon and slight nuttiness.

A1 Wine & Spirits Store Pick Barrel # 17510 120.7 Proof Some light vanilla and caramel that quickly goes to lumber (think walking into that part of a big hardware store) and some non-peanut nutshell. Maybe a hint of walnut. Grainy. Flavor starts off like sweet honey and slight caramel. Goes quickly to heat and spice. Cinnamon and hot clove with major tingle on the mid-palate. Fades to oak and some walnut at the back palate. Finish is drying. Oak (think hardware store, not fresh cut) and walnut.

Reviewed November 19, 2022Nose is a Payday candy bar dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with banana candy. Flavor is almost the opposite. It is that same banana candy dipped in peanut butter with some vanilla notes swirling around in there. Finish is long and coating with peanut, vanilla and caramel notes. -

Reviewed November 6, 2022Sweet caramel corn with marshmallows mixed in. Some fruit of a berry type (kind of strawberry / raspberry) underneath. Flavor is standard bourbon notes of vanilla, oak and caramel - all light. A hint of brown sugar as well. Finish isn't lasting, but coats the tongue with some red licorice and hints of almond. -

Reviewed November 5, 2022Act 9, Scene 3 Slight sweet mulled port wine on the nose with vanilla and some sweet citrus. Maybe a hint of pine / dill. Flavor is sweet wintergreen with ginger and red licorice. Some baking spice (cinnamon and allspice). Finish is semi-long lasting and is oakiness and plums / red apple skin. Very nice. -
Nose is caramel and oak. There are some baking spices and some typical rye (dill / fennel) notes. Flavor is sweet up front with vanilla and some caramel. Oak dryness takes over mid-palate with some vanilla and baking spices. Finish sticks with you with oakiness and caramel. Some slight fruitiness as well. Gives a slight hug.
