Whiskey with a bit of an identity crisis. Nose smells of rum and whiskey. It does taste sweet like rum but beyond that, it’s not overly complicated or special. Maybe the port barrel might be better. This whiskey is average to me.

Nose burns of ethanol and butterscotch. Tastes surprisingly sweet, butterscotch, spices and that 100 proof afterburn. The finish is quick and easy. I like it for a cheap dram but not overly impressed.

Smells of smoke but tastes of butterscotch with a dash of oakiness and smoke. Very quick finish. Again, it’s a cheap scotch and tastes like one. It’s a better whiskey than scotch. +1 for the distinct bottle label and worth keeping.

Orange and a medicinal on the nose. Smooth orange with a touch of bite on the tongue. This closely resembles another Guyana rum, Pusser’s. Definitely a nice burn in the chest like a good scotch or whiskey.

Definitely funk, bananas and a bit medicinal. Closely tastes like Appleton Estate but Appleton Estate tastes better without that medicinal edge that this rum has. This rum is good, just not of my favorites.

Very sweet on the nose. Sweet Jersey corn, woody pine (?) palate and spicy on the tongue with some alcohol burn. Not bad for a cheap unflavored whiskey or commercial moonshine. Bought another bottle after this.

Pretty generic stuff. You drink, you mix it. It’s kind of sweet but not complex. Comes in a plastic bottle sometimes for carrying around to a campfire, etc. Share it with friends.
