Other Brandy — FranceTastedCopper color. Not quite a cognac. It’s actually a fairly solid brandy. Tastes like a brandy what you expect to taste like.20.0 USD per Bottle
Rye — Kentucky, USATastedOn the nose, rye and candies. On the palate, butterscotch, hints of rye, spices and uptick of alcoholic burn in the back. The spices are quite nice.
Old Overholt Bonded Straight Rye Whiskey
Rye — Kentucky, USATastedNice expression of rye whiskey. Tastier than Rittenhouse bottled in bond neat and much better than standard Old Overholt. On the nose, there is a tinge of alcohol and rye. On the palate, there is caramel and corn sweetness with some warmth in the backend. Very good rye.
Four Roses Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedOverall, not bad, just not distinctive. But you pay for what you get. On the nose, there is caramel, alcohol and spice. On the palate, there is sweetness, corn and a mild burn. The aged version is probably infinitely better. As for this, it’s a solid mixer or cheap dram.
Hell-Cat Maggie Irish Whiskey
Single Pot Still — (bottled in USA), IrelandTastedOn the nose, this whiskey smells delightfully of caramel. However, on the tongue, it is heavily of alcohol without even a hint of oak. There are better Irish whiskey options than this.20.0 USD per Bottle
Other Brandy — New Jersey, USATastedIt’s okay. On the nose, it smells of apple cider. On the palate, it’s really mild and has a very mild apple taste and burn. I was expecting an alcoholic apple cider and disappointed.14.0 USD per Bottle
Wild Turkey Bourbon 101
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedReally solid whiskey at 101. Not overwhelming at that proof. On the nose, notes of caramel. On the palate, sweetness with a glimpse of a burn.22.0 USD per Bottle
Bird Dog Peach
Flavored Whiskey — Kentucky, USATastedPeach on the nose and palate. Solid campfire drink or mixer. Would do well with iced tea.14.0 USD per Bottle
Jesse James Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedOn the nose, strong whiff of alcohol and buttery caramel. On the tongue, much more subdued of caramel, mint and corn. Kind of like a young Old Forester as one reviewer said minus the herbal taste or a subtle Rebel Yell with a slightly better bite. Solid campfire drink.17.0 USD per Bottle
Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Saloon
Tennessee — Tennessee, USATastedOne of my favorite expressions of Jack Daniels whiskey myself. Sweet, tastes of honey, a touch of spiciness and not overtly heavy on the oak. Enjoyable with sweetened iced tea, and pleasant summer sipper.25.0 USD per Bottle
