Uncorking-Wow. Cigar box nose with some salt air. Flavors go from peat and meat smoke to salt and dark fruit. Coffee malt with pepper and hickory. Then finishes rich coffee grounds, dark cherry and wood.

like some others the nose isn't overpowering or particularly standout but the flavors shine. Peat and smoke, some ash, dark Cocoa. Little bit oil and a lingering zest round it out.

Nose was ok with some peat and smoke but more hints against the alcohol smell. But the flavor comes hard fast. Peat and smoke, light oil and a hints of earthiness. Really pleasant.

Smoke on the nose. Dark chocolate and dried fruit on the palate, more smoke, raisins, a bit of pepper and salty finish.

Uncorking - rich chocolate and mint nose. Crushed apples and some vanilla. Maybe almost amaretto. Taste is rich, little bit of oil, menthol, vanilla, spices, apricot pits and braeburn apple in the finish with warming on the end. Really complex. One of the most interesting noses and mid palate I've had to date.

Uncorking. Whatavalue. Sweet with spice on the nose and heat. Hot on the mouth with a rich oily feel. Feel the 100 proof but not in a bad way. Really easy to drink and it's amazing.

Uncorking- holy snap. After a number of medium lower priced drams I ended on this. Sweet and smooth. Some fruit and wood with something I can't place lingers warming the tongue in the finish.

Neat pour. Not complex but what basic flavors it has it does well. Vanilla extract with sweet and bitter in one. Double oaked but not much wood at all. Finishes quick and clean.

Very mild smoke and peat but mostly spices and red apple skin over mild sweetness. Short finish with a bit of bitterness. This is easy and unobtrusive. Be easy to mix into a cocktail.

Love what a bit more peat does here. A bit of smoke tickles the edges without overpowering vanilla spice and grassy straw notes.
