Tastes

Nose has the usual light vanilla with apple but a little bit of raisin. Palate is crisp and light with some cinnamon spice, oak, and apple flavor. Finish is a bit short with some nuttyness

A must taste for any bourbon nerd; amazing story behind it and very interesting flavor profile. Strong vanilla and cherry on the nose with a bit of rye spice. A bit of strong tea when first on the tongue which leads to some rye spice and salted caramel. Toasty and dry finish.

Sweet vanilla with floral and wood notes on the nose. Vanilla with earthy notes in there. Some of the floral notes come later with a finish of pears. Some really high sweet notes in this whiskey. Not too smokey but enough to keep you interested

Very balanced and a great into to scotch's. Butterscotch, orange, and a tad bit of peat on the nose. Dried fruits, honey, and peat smokiness on the pallette. Flavors are all very well rounded and no high or sharp notes here.

Smells like a Macallan, fruits, orange zest and a tad bit of smoke. Strong orange and dates on the pallate initially, leading to a smoky more bitter finish. Loses some of the butterscotch and nutty flavors of it's younger expressions. Finish is long and starts sweet but leads to a more bitter smoke. Lovely drink and great introduction to what scotches can be.

Strong vanilla, cinnamon, and chiles on the nose. Flavors are very loud with this whiskey but not harsh. Brown sugar, tea, lemon, and mint on the pallate. The finish is long with cinnamon flavor and leaves a minty sensation in the tongue.

Strong cinnamon spice. Smells of honey. Almost like a rye but more cinnamon spice

Heavy vanilla on the nose with a bit of honey. Tastes of berries and vanilla on initial taste and ends with a bit of spice. Some raisin flavor is present but plays a supporting role. Very well rounded bourbon and an easy drinker. Would use to introduce people to Bourbons

Easy drinker. Little water makes this much better. Very strong honey and vanilla notes with a subtle smoke. would drink every day

Sweet and spicy nose. best with a bit of water in it to bring out the spiciness. Starts with sweet apples then goes to a nutmeg or cinnamon spice
