Very good bourbon at its price point. Rich and full of flavor. Vanilla, caramel, some cocoa. Very slight hint of spice.

Nose - leather, spearmint Taste - sweet candied fruits, vanilla, light on the palate. The smoothness on this one is pretty awesome. However, I was expecting a bit more complexity at this price point. ($60 per bottle) Bottom line - If your new to bourbon… the smoothness is ideal. But this may be underwhelming to others If they do a cask strength or barrel proof… look out.

Banana bread… not much else going on.

Sweet. Dessert-like bourbon. Honey, caramel, butterscotch.

Non-store pick. Sweet caramel and cinnamon are the main players. Oak and slight touch of vanilla on the finish. This bourbon is very light on the palate but done very well… crushable. Did a side by side blind tasting with a store pick 107… and the store pick was definitely better. (4.75)

Getting lots of rye and cinnamon/red hots. There is a like fruit presence… but I’ll be honest, I cannot pin point which one. This one is bold in flavor. Really enjoyable bourbon.

Quite an excellent bourbon for the price. Aroma is a bit lacking but the taste is nice. Notes of caramel, cherries and cinnamon spice. I find this to be a big more sweet than most bourbons at this price point. Definitely something to always have on hand.

Hot damn this is bold. Tons of spice and cinnamon throughout. Leather and oak. Normally I drink my bourbons neat, but decided to toss in an ice sphere to allow it to open up a bit more. This allowed the vanilla to make itself present and a slight hint of butterscotch too. 66.4%

Aroma - fucking awesome - that is all Taste- extremely complex and bold.. Berries, honey, rye like spice, very slight orange/ citrus. Even some brown sugar. Huge wet oak. The best part about this bourbon is in its finish. It sits on the palate quite long. 5 minutes later, the gums are still tingling from alcohol, and I’m still getting that rye like spice with a touch of vanilla. Overall, this is simply outstanding. Massive thanks to my friend Kyle for this pour. Haven’t had a bourbon that “wowed” me like this one in quite some time.
