Cracked open to try with @Looneyhead not beacuse i was saving it for a special occasion but because, i forgot about it. Tried neat. Im trying to let it open up to my nares because it was initially just ETOH. After about 10 mnutes, i re-sniff, swirl, swirl, swirl and smell again. Lets try again. N the nares it did indeed open up with still strong ETOH but if you smell behinf the strong ETOH you get notes of slight vanilla, lots of burning nasal hairs, slight caramel wood, cherry, apricot, pear, clove, spearmint, soy sauce. Palate is initially hot but again, it opens up and is warm with notes of vanilla, caramel, minimal cocoa, clove, slight fruit, and high spearmint

Cracked this open finally to share with @Looneyhead Tried neat, obvi. On the nares its high oak with slight vanilla and caramel and spicy. On the palate again, lots of oak. More spice than I expected.. not definetly not too much spice amd it is smooth. Also notes of pepper & cinnamon. Just want to say… YAY FOR CRACKING THIS BOTTLE OPEN!!

Thanks to adam and jen for buying me this bottle for my bday!!! Tried neat. On the nares cinnamon, clove, cinnamon roll, whipping cream. On the palate its intitally spicy and hot but super smooth and delic. Ill finish rating this when my wonderful brother in law come to visit @Looneyhead … its much more fun that way

Act 11. Scene 9. Just cracking this bottle. Tried neat. Om the nose it smells sweet with notes of cherries, brown sugar, dates, apples, sour candy, citrus, orange, cinnamon, lemon, honey, literally smells like a winter hot toddy… also tasting like a hot toddy with nutty notes and slight Oak. Very rich.

Tried neat at the speak easy in Santa Fe. Tried neat. On the nares it smells like banana laffy taffy, banana runts, banana bread with nuts. On thenpalate its smooth and not very complex but with notes of again, banana but slight and earthy eith slight vanilla.
