Sweet cola, chocolate, smooth, fades to viscous brown sugar, and nutty flavor. Slight rye in the finish very well balanced. Four roses influenced. Nov 8, 2024. Tasting this again in a while, side by side with a Wyoming whiskey NP edition, and I have to think this blend might contain some Wyoming whiskey. Thoughts?

Barrel # 11, 59.5%. Great flavor profile of vanilla, caramel, smooth for the proof, flavors lingers long, sweet ends it.

Orange and caramel on the nose Slight sweet up front, caramel and vanilla, apple comes through with toast, some herbal spice shines through on the back with more toast and oak. Long finish with sight cinnamon apple. Very nice

**700 mL bottle** One of my favorite JDs. Slight spice and cereal nose, sweet on the front, roller coaster of herbal cereal, dry finish

Green apple, sweet corn on the nose Whoa. Not sweet at all! Very mellow, seems like the Willett peanut and toast base, from the single pot still, more green apple, some grape and fig, rum on the back end, then fades (to black) honey and more toast. Well balanced, roller coaster of flavor with slight heat in the finish that reveals some cinnamon, then some dry oak. Very well done for a double cask finish. Cheers!

Coffee forward with a slightly sweet whiskey finish

Sweet licorice nose, hmm? Pallet is sweet, honey and some maple syrup, raisin and fig. Graham cracker on the mid palette, with more like a skittle finish. Rainbow of flavors.

Gold label reserve, all gold bottle, limited release 1L Typical scotch nose, but with subtle smoke and candy apple. Front pallet is sweet and smooth, candy corn, apple, smoke starts to creep in, followed by earthy tones, wood. Finish is medium long with herbal notes, more corn, faint cinnamon, knots floral finish. Very easy sipper
