120.2 proof. Batch 10. Bottle no 6766/14030 Strong vanilla nose. Similar to a candy Willett taste. Dry oak on the finish. Some rye dill spice. On the same level as Michters, and since this is twice the price, I would go with Michters.

Tasting after the Michters 10 Very similar nose and flavor profile. Excellent. Vanilla, caramel, dry oak finish. Long finish 23Mar24 Revisit Palette has a sweet raisin paste flavor. Fades to licorice and oak. Coats the tongue nicely.

Smooth, rye forward slight dill, sweet vanilla, honey pecan, spearmint, caramel, but the flavor just sits. Very long.

Feb 5, 2022. Nose: vanilla bomb. Slight orange. Taste: full body. Marzipan strong, peanut, caramel, slight char on the exhale, good sweet finish that is long and dry.

Good juice and makes a nice everyday supper, but could use more body. Not much of a Bardstown profile, light. Not worth $90. Sorry Brad.

Vanilla rye spice nose. Plum, sweet corn, licorice, rye dill, medium length dry finish. Maybe slight chocolate in the finish?

Bottled on 7.7.21, barrel 5442 Nose of orange, marshmallow, grass Palette of marzipan, strong honey, viscous and velvet, herbal and peanut in the finish. Very long dry finish. The oak character comes through. Would be nice to have 10 proof points higher to see what it does.

Strong peanut brittle sweet nose. Peanut followed by dill, and licorice, more nutty and herbal notes. Medium long finish.

Daveco single barrel Barrel # 7347002 picked on 5.26.21 93 proof Typical bourbon nose: caramel, cinnamon. Good velvety mouth feel. Some vanilla, baking spices, anise, maybe slight dill, peanut. Medium long finish.
