Crop 2021, 119.9 proof. Tobacco and caramel nose. High proof brings sugar and vanilla, apple, almost a single malt profile in depth, grass, toast, nutty finish that is medium in length, fades to brown sugar A bigger sip shows dill and spearmint as well. 11.23.22 retaste More grain forward now, still sweet with vanilla and candy apple. Water brings out more of the rye spice.

Very herbal candy cane like. Full peppermint, long peppery finish. Not much vanilla, but good honey
