Out of this world. Has loads of molasses, demarara syrup, mint chocolate, dark fruit, citrus, berries, cherries, nuts, spices, and hints of tropical fruit, nuts, and funk. It’s as if a Velier Diamond Rum had a love child with a sherry cask Japanese Whisky and a teaspoon of old Irish Whiskey. Very good with notes of berries, salted caramel, cherries, chili peppers, white chocolate, and tropical fruit with the influence of white, ruby, and tawny port casks each playing a role.
