Very good with notes of plums, honey, blackcurrants, blood oranges, hazlenuts, grapefruit, honey, toffee, almonds, and citrus

The ********* oak aging of Bombergers 2023 added some nice plum, cherry, vanilla, brown sugar, cookie dough, caramel, treacle, peanut, and butterscotch tasting notes.

Great combination of smoke, barbecue, seaweed, iodine, mackerel, raisin, sultana, toffee, cherry, date, candied orange, and raspberry tasting notes.

Dram shows potential on nose with notes of vanilla, peaches, marshmallows, honey, cotton candy, white choccolate, almonds, and elderberries but is harsh on palate at first while it smoothens over time. Would work well in cocktails.

2023 Michter’s 25 Year Bourbon. One fantastic old bourbon. Has loads of mint chocolate, pecan pie, cinnamon, dark fruit, nutmeg, cloves, leather, tobacco, caramel, cherries, and earthy soil notes commonly found in many of the finest wines. Michter’s had a great 2023 with its 10 Year Bourbon, 10 Year Rye, Toasted Barrel Rye and put the cherry on the sundae with the 25 year bourbon.
