Sweet right out the bat, a dark vanilla, cinnamon toast crunch, chocolate, and finishes with a light rye and baking spice finish. Super weird and interesting but not an everyday sipper imo. its an awesome whiskey to pull out to impress friends, family, and a pull for when all other whiskeys arent cutting your particular craving. The most notable thing is that insane cinnamon toast flavor, its so unique. Awesome for wintertime drinking70.0 USD per Bottle

some slight caramel, brown sugar, hay, oakiness and notable char there is a mild wood smoke as well. mild maltiness near the finish, where the spice returns again and leave a drier finish on your tongue. reallt not too impressed with this tbh. Im not a bug bourbon guy to begin with but the high malt aspect drew me in. Its a decent buy for the 27 bucks i got it for.32.0 USD per Bottle

Deep and rich, touches of caramel in the begining then some rich cocoa, dashes of earth, char, oak, raisin and prune, then evolving to some almost herbal notes like dill. the finish is medium and smooth with a chewey spiced finish. awesome whiskey, rich and full.42.0 USD per BottleSpec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods

Kraken Black Spiced Rum Original
Spiced Rum — Trinidad & Tobago
Reviewed July 18, 2023 (edited August 24, 2023)thick and rich right off the bat. Intense vanilla, dark sugar, and caramel which ends in a medium length spiced finish mostly cinnamon. Its a classic intro for many into finer rums, althought my palate is simply no longer partial to this rum. Its a step about morgan and bacardi thats for sure. Its a good mixer with a root beer as well with the dark molasses flavors mixing well.18.0 USD per Bottle -
Lavender and lighter floral and citrus notes in the begining, then drier orange/lemon peel and heavy juniper. I got some rosemary but upon inspection of the ingredients its more thyme and bay leaf. Juniper heavy finish with some fennel. Definitely a bit oily but not as much as the label would believe. Medium length finish thats relatively smooth but still reminds you that you are drinking a powerhouse. really nice gin, i am absolutely in love with it. The lavender and bay is a really nice touch and ive always been a fan of fennel as well. and for the price point its a no brainer. ( juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, fennel seeds, lavender, bay leaf, sage, thyme, winter savory, lemon peel )30.0 USD per BottleSpec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods

Sweet immediately, sugar coated prune, caramel, blackberries, slight woodiness and hints of brown sugar. there is also a noticable herbal flavor that shows up later on the finish, which is a vanilla/green/clove flavor. The finish is remarkably short and smooth. this is a definitely a sweet and rich spirit, and a unique style of brandy. It does go well with tonic water as one of the reviewers below stated.28.0 USD per BottleSpec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods

herbal, vanilla on the front, suprisingly picking up on some sweeter sherry notes in the begining, cereal, then more herb and a solid amount of earthy peat with a tinge of raspberry throughout. The finish is medium to long with a nice dry peatiness. There is a dash more sweetness than the original machir bay as this spec’s pick shows 15% sherry and 85% bourbon as opposed to the standard 10% sherry 90% bourbon, but its minimal. I also found this specs pic to be cheaper than the original machir bay, so if you see this review go for the specs pick!!!!42.0 USD per Bottle

Laird's Straight Applejack 86
American Brandy — New Jersey, USA
Reviewed June 27, 2023 (edited June 28, 2023)A crisp apple, bits of sweet apricot, caramel and oak later on leading to a medium to long off dry baking spice finish. This is a cool product considering the history of the distillery and style of apple brandy. Id highly recommend grabbing this over the lower end lairds applejack. That one is mostly grain and it really shows, while this one is a great sipper and smooth for something above 80 proof. I enjoy it most during a cold day, with the finish really warming me up.28.0 USD per BottleSpec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods
