Tanqueray Sevilla Orange Gin
Distiller Score 85
A summer gin at its best! Aromas of fresh orange blossoms and fruity marmalade. The palate is vibrant, sweet and oily with a just a glimpse of juniper berries. Finish is long, sweet and robust. Well balanced. Makes the best Negroni, or recommend trying it with a Mediterranean tonic and a few red peppercorns for garnish.

Malfy Gin con Limone
Distiller Score 84
Lemon in all sorts of forms. A box of lemon head candy, Pine Sol, yellow licorice, and fresh lemon zest. The palate is short lived and dominated by the artificial lemon candy taste. Though there is a more natural sweetness at the end. A gin fizz seems a natural choice here but a particularly bitter tonic would pair well too.

McQueen and the Violet Fog Ultraviolet Edition
Distiller Score 83
As the name suggests, the color of the gin is violet, but it's not opaque. As for the aroma, it leans heavily on fruity aromas, particularly citrus but also blueberries. The hibiscus tea and rose petals gives it a mild floral note, but it's far from a potpourri fragrance. It's full-bodied and not super complex or spicy. Again, it's more fruit-forward and the flavor is lightly sweet. There's a faint peppery bite at the end, but it fades fast. Would have preferred a stronger proof. It's a crowd-pleasing spirit, but if you're a true juniper-head you might be disappointed as it seems more of a flavored vodka. Still, it'll be fun to mix in your cocktails and highballs.

Malfy Gin Con Arancia
Distiller Score 85
Right off the bat, this gin is exactly what you'd expect from a blood orange-infused spirit. It's an interesting orange-rose hue and has the juicy, bittersweet aroma of blood oranges. The flavor leans more toward candied grapefruit peel and a touch of cardamom comes through as well, with a prickle of juniper throughout.

Bluecoat Elderflower Gin
Distiller Score 87
Rose petals and elderflower kick off the fragrant nose, with plenty of lemon peel and pith. The palate remains floral, with more of that rose-elderflower tandem, while also showcasing an herbaceous side backed by bitter angelica, lychee, and peppermint. A floral finish showcases orange peel and pink peppercorns. Light on the juniper, this is almost more akin to a high ABV liqueur than a flavored gin, though in either case it's a fun choice for cocktail experimentation.

Eden Mill Hop Gin
Distiller Score 79
One’s enjoyment of this gin will correlate directly to their enjoyment of hoppy beer. That is, if an American IPA is your quaff of choice this gin may become your new favorite distillate. Unfortunately the rest of the world may not even recognize this as gin at all. The classic botanical aromatics are hijacked by the assertive weedy/citrusy flavor of the hops and unfortunately the infusion process has also imparted a slightly off/chemical character that detracts from what was surely a great gin base. This bottle is far from typical, but perhaps a pleasant change of pace for hoppy beer fiends.

Whitley Neill Quince Gin
Distiller Score 83
With a slight straw-colored hue, this quince gin has a prominent tart, pear-like aroma, with just a hint of juniper spice. On the palate, there's a touch of viscosity, and the tartness of the quince is amplified. There's also an unmistakable saccharine note of sugared peach candies. This is an interesting take on a flavored gin, and it would likely be quite good on the rocks with a splash of soda water.

Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
Distiller Score 90
Crystal clear in appearance, this gin has strong aromas of bitter orange peel, juniper and lemon. It's silky on the palate, and beautifully blends herbaceous flavors with the simultaneously sweet and bitter notes of blood orange. Its sweetness is not overwhelming, nor is its slight juniper flavor. Drink this gin with tonic and a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of basil for a wonderfully refreshing summer cocktail.

Malfy Gin Rosa
Distiller Score 89
Malfy Gin Rosa has a pleasing pale pink hue and comes in strong with bright grapefruit aroma. The citrus flavor on the palate, however, is significantly lighter. The slightly bitter grapefruit notes blend well with juniper, lemon and coriander. It's just as light and crisp as the Originale, and lacks the sugary mouthfeel and taste you might expect from a flavored spirit. Use it in a Collins, Fizz, or with tonic to showcase the citrus flavor.

Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
Distiller Score 93
The aroma is filled with the lemon peels and lemon verbena which thankfully both are present and accounted for throughout. However, the juniper comes through solidly upon tasting with the taste finishing on a coriander and lemon verbena note. Although there is a touch of sweetness, Lemon Drizzle is not a liqueur (although Sipsmith does experiment from time to time, so fingers crossed they release one someday). Such a lovely experience--a natural fit in any Gin Sour, but would also try in a French 75 or even just a simple G & T.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
Distiller Score 85
This gin has a very slight color to it. On the nose, hints of juniper are prominent, followed by a noticeably sweet, fruity aroma. On the palate, it starts off with a bit of juniper and ginger spice, but after the initial heat fades away, the rhubarb flavor is unmistakable. There are also prominent notes of sweet orange and a hint of herbaceousness. This gin would pair well with ginger beer or tonic that’s not too sweet and a hearty squeeze of lime.

Beefeater Pink Strawberry
Distiller Score 78
As you might expect from the clear pink liquid, the aromas of strawberry hard candies and sugar-coated rose petals dominate, with a bit of licorice and juniper behind. Tastes like cooked and sugared strawberries with some prickly gin spiciness, and finishes just the same.
