Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

On the nares: Vanilla, caramel, coconut. On the palate I get vanilla, oak, orange and a little bit of heaven

Nose of oak, toasted grain, black pepper, and caramel. Sweet taste of vanilla, oak and light pepper.

Tasting neat: Nose offers rich vanilla, cinnamon orange, charred lemon and brine. Palate presents tons a hot cinnamon and oak spice. Finish is short and very dry, leaving you with leather and oak.

Strong ethanol on the nose, sweet, hints of caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon. Very easy on the palate, smooth on swallow with a late mild burn in chest/throat. Overall good bourbon.

Heavy toasted char. Spicy rye. Caramel and vanilla. Oak tannins. Light sweetness.
