Marshmallows for days! I'd give it 5 stars if it was barrel proof.

Apricots Brown sugar oak

Being more thoughtful as I try this again. The nose has a sweet smell, that feels familiar, but is hard to identify. It’s almost like licorice. Lots of vanilla when it’s in your mouth, and the finish has a smooth oakey taste. Love it.

Nose: very sweet nose. Marshmallow, vanilla, some chocolate and a white bread like note. Maybe the slightest hint of spice in the nose. Also get a hint of black tea every now and then. Palate: a bit more spice up front than you might expect from the nose and it finishes sweet vanilla. Finish: vanilla dominant with a touch of spice and oak.
