Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Coy Hill High Proof (2021 Special Release)

Nose: cherry cola, maple, burnt banana foster, pretzel Palate: cherry, banana, rye spice Finish: leather, more cola, lingering raspberry, dark chocolate, finish not as strong Delicious, not sure if its worth the same secondary as a GTS (older and slightly lower proof). 8/10 on the t8ke scale

*** 143 *** Nose - Smells the same as the 139 with more clean ethanol. Palate - Again, very similar to the 139 but this feels like it has more banana on the mid palate that then turns into honey. Not as hot on the palate. Finish - Okay here its hotter for sure. Not as oaky and def more sweet than the 139 but they are both very close and similar.

*** 139 *** Nose - Just straight ethanol. Gonne let it open up. Okay lets go back, some banana, peanuts, and honey. Massive amount of cinnamon and spice. Palate - Definitely some peanuts, baking spice, cinnamon, and some toasted oak. There is a small sweet note that kind of carries everything together. Like some of that banana and a little vanilla. Finish - Just so hot lmao. Really lingers in your chest for a while. But its got some oak some honey and more of those peanuts.
