Reviewed November 16, 2024Drinking straight. On the nose you get a bitter cinnamon and dry vanilla. Thin. Taste adds on the same with a standard Jim Beam bitter oak. Short aftertaste. For the price you can do better and do worse. Definitely ok but the extra aging is really only apparent on the nose. Getting a little bit more sweetness as it goes on. On ice it becomes sort of a bitter tannic mess. Will definitely find its way into some cider or a toddy soon.23.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed November 12, 2024Ive never been this disappointed. I had low expectations but i barely got any notes of anything. Drinking straight or mix you dont tatse anything. If it was a higher proof then made it would of made a difference23.0 USD per BottleSpec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods -

Reviewed November 12, 2024 (edited November 15, 2024)On the nose the vanilla is obvious. Otherwise it is just typical Beam bourbon. On the palate, the vanilla is overwhelmed by the cinnamon. Suntory claims both the vanilla and cinnamon are natural byproducts of the second barreling. It my be true with the vanilla, but it’s hard to believe the cinnamon is “natural“. This drinks like Fireball with a bit of added vanilla. It isn’t unpleasant, but a bit disappointing with all the hype. Fireball drinkers will probably like this one, other than the $11.00 price difference.26.99 USD per BottleVirginia ABC -

Reviewed November 8, 2024 (edited November 20, 2024)Color: Medium Copper-Amber Nose: I really can't claim to be one of those people who can pick-out a distillery from the nose (although I can identify an Old Forester nose in my sleep). But I would say this nose is very "Beamy". Lots of cinnamon and oak. Not much alcohol to speak of. I always like that — regardless of proof. Damned if I'm not detecting a hint 'o cherry, as well. Palate: (drank with an ice cube) Slightly light mouth feel. The bottle claims there are notes of vanilla and cinnamon. I think I'm getting the vanilla (I swear, I've never had a pour that made me jump out of my seat and exclaim, "Vanilla!")... but I will say, "vanilla" here. As the ice cube melts, I get something akin to, "fruity". This is not very sweet — which is fine. I'd say "spicy" and "toasty" are the main take-aways from this first pour. Secondary Nose (what is happening on the nose as the ice melts and it opens-up a bit): Baked apples! Finish: Short and lightly bitter — but in a way that somehow works well with — rounds out — this juice's overall profile. This stuff is good. For the price, I'd say it's very good. I will probably grab another bottle, as it will be good to have around during the holidays. Solid 3.75 stars, all things considered.24.95 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More -

Reviewed November 1, 2024 (edited November 7, 2024)Vanilla and cinnamon tea. Spot on flavor notes and high score is for the price point. Yes it’s watered down and “could benefit from a few proof points” yeah we get it but its cheap and easy drinkng and damn tasty for the proof and price point. Think 80 proof four roses. Damn good for the money. I mormally dont rate on price but it makes sense on this one -

Reviewed October 29, 2024 (edited November 2, 2024)A surprisingly easy dram for it’s price. I will definitely be going for a second bottle before the year is out. 6 year age statement, toasted barrel finish, all for $25.99 here in FL! Worth it!25.99 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More
