Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch Red Rye Finish

An ok blend, smells like whisky and bourbon at the same time, the rye finish helps for the bourbon side. Better than the red label. Probably good for starter of for mixer

Mild woody and sweet scent from the nose. Has a very light bourbon/rye peppery taste to it but also the mouth feel is very flat like the Red Label. Would recommend this for a scotch based cocktail.

Easygoing blend. Taste is shifting between scotch and bourbon.

Enjoy the nose here, and the caramel and toffee is strong on the palate. However, it is a little metalic or industrial and must be young. Not bad, just not great for me.
