A crisp, Agave Spirit by Nom 1468 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico crafted with a stone oven open-air fermentation without fibers in stainless steel with Champagne Yeast, that is 2x distilled in copper pot still & the n aerated before being bottled at 40% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a fresh life adds notes of cooked agave, lemongrass & vanilla; that led to a balanced death of medium length with hints of pepper, cinnamon & butterscotch.
