Nose is apple skin, green apple candy, pear, and honey. Taste is more of the same with some spices reminiscent of the goop in apple pie. Barrel notes come across a bit astringent. Some toasty nuts in there. Ends with apple butter. Feels like a cornucopia on a sweater weather fall day while watching the leaves fall. 100% Speyside, nothing crazy but it's done well.

Have the bottle open for about 2 months. It has grown on me little at a time and I find it a highly enjoyable non peated and non sherry dram. It’s pretty unique dram. Most similar i think to The Tryconnell 16 IMO.
Beautiful amber color. Long legs.
Nose is mild. Faint honey pear & oak.
P: rich honey, creamy mouth feel and some vanilla. Finish is dominated by oak tannins and spice. Long finish which honey sweetness becomes more pronounced over time. Score 89
Nose: fresh with apples and pears. Lemon cake, creme brûlé. Delicate and fresh.
Palate: oily and sweet, creme brûlé and lemon cake are confirmed. Shortcrust pastry with apricot jam. Warm and enveloping.
Medium-long finish, balanced with honey and shortcrust pastry.
Naso: fresco alle mele e pere. Torta al limone, creme brûlé. Delicatissimo e fresco.
Palato: oleoso e dolce, si conferma la creme brûlé e la torta al limone. Frolla alla marmellata di albicocche. Caldo e avvolgente.
Finale medio lungo, equilibrato al miele e alla frolla.
