Buttery and creamy mouthfeel, with notes of vanilla, dashes of burnt brown sugar, caramel, cereal and hay, then unveils more dry oak, moderate peat, walnut, light brine, pepper and spice and ends with a drier, savory medium to long finish rich in peat smoke and char. a nice change up from the the normal islays im used to. any peat lover that hasnt had a springbank product, with sprinkbank and longrow in particular a try id highly reccomend it.
