Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Rye

Smell of chocolate and light mint. First sip strange. Rich. Not used to rye. Dried fruits Develops later. Smooth and round. Water drops don't change much. Only help to sweeten it a bit which isn't bad although not necessary. Finish

Sweet & smoky on the nose with notes of creme brulee. The palate introduces sweet rye spice initially, but quickly gives way to oak & coffee.

**2023** Nose - Lots of cherry and rye spice. Mint comes in alongside with deep oak and light leather. Palate - Lots of rye man but its good, light honey and light cherry come with the herbal notes. Some bubble gum notes. Finish - Finish is nice and light, more herbal vanilla and bubblegum picks.
