Reviewed January 17, 20221.18.22 Served: Neat, Flute Bottle Open: About 2 years Side by side with St. George Baller Aroma: White grape juice, white pear, bran cereal, banana peel. Flavor: Starts as light oak and sawdust. Mids as oxidized/browned pear Finish is mildly bitter with pear skin tannins. Not giving a rating because both whiskeys tasted today were off.
