Strong from start to end. Might be the most burn ive ever had in a bourbon. Adding four drops of water really opened up the flavors but it was still strong. I tried this bourbon without drinking neat bourbon for quite a while, so I think my opinion it’s a little harsh.

I tried this one at Juniper Grill in Peters Township. It’s strong, but the flavors still shine through. I loved this one. Black pepper, apple, spices, tea, wood. It’s very easy to drink for such a powerful bourbon.
