lemon, cardemon, and Carmel in the nose. richer citrus oils (lemon rind) in the body. oak come through nicely as it progresses. quite sweet and mellow. not the best for a g&t but killer in a Tom Collins.

Notes of Juniper, Light Caramel, Oranges, Cardamom and Vanilla...Very Well dome. There’s still a slight burn, my guess that it’s just the remaining botanicals included in which I cannot detect. If this was smoother this would be my go to. If I had to compare this to something else it would be Grand Mariner without the oily texture, complexity, and sweetness. Will I buy this again? Absolutely.

Such a great barrel aged gin. Sweet and lightly oaked, juniper and spices hold forth. Transforms a Tom Collins into something worth drinking. Try it in a French 75 for something brand new. Excellent, one of my favorites.
