Prominent ripe fruits. Super smooth. The phrase, “You get what you pay for” applies and then some. Take time exploring the depths of this gem. What a journey. Only problem is where to find another bottle!?

Oct ‘21: Very nice, hot, hint of fruit finish
Sept ‘22: mild nose, soft palate, warms nicely, grows in strength, and a sweet & sour finish. Finish is complex, that hint of something is the sour note.

Tropical notes I didn't expect from an Irish.
Pineapple, mango, ripe sweetness. Little woody spice like cinnamon.
Suuuper nice mouthfeel. Rich and creamy/buttery.
Delish
Lots of dark fruit, molasses, and brown sugar on the nose. Rich cherry notes on the body. Finish is lingering and sweet.
Quality whiskey, worth 100+. 300 is a bit steep, but it’s worth trying if you get a chance. Redbreast 12 is honestly not far behind, but you won’t be disappointed in this pour regardless
