Beautiful sherry smell.smooth taste sweet so still Irish

Sweet and floral on nose with hints of cinnamon. Spice and peat tasting but nothing overpowering. Ice cube didn’t change anything. Good sipping whiskey

Hits harder than the regular 12 year. Big spice with sweet fruit throughout.

#WWD Very well rounded. Not too sweet. Super smooth summer dram.

I mean, you really can’t go wrong with red breast. With this one, you’re just taking that sherry flavor and turning it up a notch. It’s very nice. Edit: Coming back to this after it’s been open a while. This one is pretty spectacular. Bright, rich berries and buttery biscuits. Almost like a jam on a buttered biscuit. This one falls just short of the Cask Strength for me.

Zounds! A disappointment! The sherry overwhelms the subtle Irish twang of the 12 and overall reminds more of a bad sherry bomb (think Balvenie) than a proper pot still. Still reeling.
