Reviewed December 4, 2023Charred wood and stewed fruit on the nose with some savory pepper. The palate is strong and sweet like a tart apple cider. The finish is surprisingly delicious! It’s not as spicy as other rye’s but it is like a black tea… …this rye is like sipping on a strong black tea brewed in hot apple cider. Its cozy and interesting. Pleasant and full of flavours to explore. Yummy!
