Sazerac Rye

Spicy, cinnamon, perfect winter rye

Excellent for its namesake cocktail and when you want something with a little more spice but still be sweet.

Strong spiciness with a full-bodied, oily, round sweet flavor with black pepper and caramel notes. Some woody notes in the finish but well balanced with alcohol and a long burn. Some hints of leather and vanilla.

smell: spicey. vanilla. taste: much less sweet than other whiskeys. tingly. lemon? almost slightly sour.
