St. George Terroir Gin

A crisp, dry gin by St. George Spirits in Alameda, California made with botanicals such as Douglas fir, California bay laurel, coastal sage & other evocative botanicals. It has an aromatic birth with notes of a Californian forest. pine, rosemary, bay leaf & sage. while an intense life adds fire, juniper, hints of citrus & vegetal notes; that led to a medium-long & dry death with botanical, rye & herbal notes. Medicinal - like drinking incense

Very heavy medicine like hebal taste. Mouth feels like grammies living room

Coniferous and dry sage, certainly not a traditional gin. You could see this beeing served neat in old west saloons.
